"Business Life Cycle" Model

The foundation of our approach is called the  "Business Life Cycle" Model. We've divided the 7 stages of the business life cycle into four quadrants: Incubation, Capitalization, Acceleration, and Exit. We believe all companies fit into one of these quadrants; even companies in stagnation and decline. Each quadrant has programs and methodologies to assist our Clients.

How We Work

We offer a free Consultation and Needs Assessment to prospective Clients. After an Engagement, we may perform a full Strategic Business Analysis if needed. Based on the results of our Needs Assessment and Strategic Business Analysis, we identify which quadrants of the "Business Life Cycle" model, Services, and Programs are best for you. After an Agreement is signed, we proceed with Strategic Planning, Execution, and Monitoring Performance.
